"I can't say enough about MOMS! What started as a sunday drive turned into the best sales experiance I've ever had! After having to sell our super glide years ago we never thought we would be able to get another HD. After stopping by one afternoon doing some "window shopping" my husband fell in love w/ a 2001 dyna wide glide. "I Purchased a new cross country at the end of march amazingly after a test ride who allows that!! I drove one with the tall windshield on a very wind day so I can't say it's beter than the short shield on my spectacular performing beautiful black and SKULLS MACHINE. "It is just about 1 year and 5000 miles since I purchased my Jackpot. I had a great purchase experience and I have been to the service department 4 times. "I have been in the Customer Service Business since 1994 and I know how people want to be treated, if you don't treat your customer well they will very quickly become some one else s customer. When I make a big purchase I often try to deal with a Manager or an Owner ( when they decide to show up for work ), I met Joel Sr. at the Rockingham Park show this year, the MOM's booth was very busy, lots of people /tire kickers, including me, I was not in the market for a bike and was just looking. Joel Sr. came over and asked if I had any questions and we started to talk, I was treated as if I was the only customer there, I liked that very much, he gave me all the time I needed. I said I might be up near their store in a week or 2 and that I would stop by. I stopped by a week or 2 later, Joel Sr. was not there so I talked with Joel Jr. While waiting for Joel Jr. to finish helping the customer before me I was asked by no less than 3 others if they could answer any questions, they were all very nice and accommodating. Joel Jr. and I were speaking about a specific bike his Father said they had but they had moved it to the warehouse several miles away, so that's where we went, I looked the bike over for 20 minuets or so and I hammered out my best deal. We went back to the store finalized the numbers and that's where I met Alden and we got the deal done. The short version of this story is EVERYONE I dealt with at MOM's was the best sales & service experience that I can recall, I found them to be extremely fair and willing to work with you. I strongly suggest giving these Guys a chance to help you with your Bike or sled purchase, I hope to go back next year and buy a sled and I have no doubt that I will be as happy then as I am now with the whole process. "I walked in just to look at the new 2010 Victory Cross Roads in person. A really friendly gentleman came up to talk with me about it's features and options. We talked for about 30-40 minutes and he went over the whole bike. I wish it was a little warmer than 10 degrees out that day, because they would have had me test ride the demo model...and I would have, had it been a tad warmer. When i introduced myself, I come to find out it's been the owner Joel I was dealing with the whole time. A very upfront, no b.s. style guy. The bottom line is, I felt no sales pressure at all, and they gave me a very good trade in value on my old bike. Needless to say I put the deposit down and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. "I purchased my Hysoung 650 crusing bike from Wayne this past winter. Being married with 3 kids money is always an issue, but Wayne explained to me about MOM's lay away program. I was able to pay for the bike over the winter months and when spring came they detailed the bike and had it ready to go. No payments, means more money in my pocket. I picked up my bike and hit the road. My wife and I love our Hyosung motorcycle. What a ride, smooth and comfortable. The only advise I can give future riders interested in purchasing a motorcycle. "I recently took possession of my 2008 Yamaha Royal Star Venture. My compliments to Wayne and Dennis for the way I was treated when buying this bike in December. There was no pressure to make a deal and I was always treat with respect. The guys in parts were great in helping me pick out the options I wanted to add. The service dept was excellent in explaining all the different features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I rode out of the dealership. I purchased my new 07 Vegas 8 ball one year ago, I customized it even befoe I pick it up and I am still customizing today, all victory parts. The staff is so helpful from the guys and gals in the show room to the parts dept to the mechanics. All my service is done by MOMS,they take great care of my ride. "I started riding again back in 2006 and bought a 2003 Suzuki Volusia. Was expecting to trade it in that same season for a new Victory but got deployed to Iraq with the Massachusetts Army National Guard. M.O.M.'s South promised me I'd get what I paid for the Suzuki in trade for a new Victory. They upheld their promise even though over two years had passed since I bought the bike. Everything about the experience was great. I test drove every Victory and Harley on the lot and settled with a 2008 Victory Vegas Low(Midnight Cherry and everything elese black). Would have gotten the Hammer S but was sympathetic to my wife's backside on long rides. I definately recommend getting a Victory and stopping by M.O.M.'s South if you get a chance. Salesman knew what they were talking about and were able to give me a good price for my trade-in. "We bought a new 2004 Alphasports (Hyosung) GT250. At the time the sales guy was making what I thought were pretty tall claims for this bike. (I have been riding for over 30 years and currently ride a Kawasaki ZRX1200R.) This bike was purchased as a first bike for my significant other. I can tell you that the sales person was right on the money. This bike is a blast! My girlfriend loves it! It gets stares everywhere we go(don't underestimate the value in this for new bikers). It runs great. It is smooth at all revs and gets glass smooth at around 60mph. We've gotten around 65 mpg so far! Last night we made a trip riding double (combined weight around 330 pounds). Unbelievable! I can highly recommend this bike to any first time buyer. We thought it would be good for the first year but this bike does so many things so well, we may be looking at at least one more year before we upgrade (to a Hyosung GT650!!). And here's the sleeper feature. This is a full size bike (without the lowering kit). When it comes time to move up, she won't have to get used to a bigger bike, just more power! As far as MOMs is concerned, these are great folks to deal with. I recommend the bike and the shop. "

"Finally settled on making a purchase after looking everywhere. Spent 3 days visiting moms. 4th day there it was 1993 Honda Shadow it was clean and for the year low miles. "Had been to no less than 6 dealerships in the past month. Each time we were ignored, didn't receive any assistance and left without making a purchase. We went to MOMS after reading great reviews on Craigs List and expected the same from their staff as the other dealerships. Wow! Were we suprised! We walked in and someone came right over even though the store was busy. As new riders, we had lots of questions about helmets, after all, "dress for the crash and not the ride". Taylor assisted us and was extremely helpful and informative. She explained helmets in depth and ran around the store trying to fit my unusually shaped head. "I just want to say how great these guys are and what a great business they are running.I have dealt with mom's about four times and they were excellent every time. jason and joel and everone in the whole place were fantastic.I live in south boston and i could go to many dealers between me and foxboro but i choose mom's south..... why... because i think they make buying a bike very easy and no preassure and they try and look after the big things and the little things. for example two years ago i traded in a honda magna for a suzuki intruder 1400 the deal was great but after a few days the intruder ran terrible and i said what am i going to do now. i rode the bike down and told them the problem they agreed with me that it was probably dirty carbs and did i want to pick out another bike , i couldn't believe it they gave me a kawasaki vulcan 800 in a swap and i rode home that day a happy man. two weeks ago i bought a harley sportster 1200 in a private sale because i liked the bike and the price was right and i always wanted a harley, well it turned out i hated the bike and thought what am i goin to do now.the bike ran great and looked great but im not used of the style of rideing.i rode the bike to moms south and met with jason and told him the story and we made a deal and again i was happy with the deal and next day i picked up a honda shadow 750 beautiful smooth bike on the road. so what more can i say or what more can anyone ask for.i service my own bikes because its too far to go for just a service but i can bet you they are just as good in that department also. i have no dealings or interests in mom's other than being a happy customer and a loyal one too. thanks for everything guys. patrick barrett south boston . The only minor problem I had with the bike( a cracked mirror) was handled in minutes and my Avatar has been trouble free so far.
